Proudly raised in Memphis, TN and currently residing in Dallas, TX, Tori Lenton is a Certified Business and Career Executive Coach and Talent Acquisition Leader. She currently supports the Instagram and Facebook teams at Meta in Global Executive Recruitment finding top diverse Software Engineer Leaders and an Executive Business & Career Coach at Diversity Women/s Network. She holds a B.A. in Criminology & Sociology, MBA in Marketing & HR Management, and a Masters of Education in Leadership and Adult Training. Her educational credentials paint a picture of her deep understanding of people, markets, and society. This has led her to establishing relationships with fortune 100 and 500 companies.
Having built a solid reputation of her own through over 20 years of passionately helping her clients thrive in fields like Executive leadership, mid-senior management, tech, education, among others, she has developed a unique and tailored consulting approach, where she creates a comfortable environment of honest and unfiltered communication, to fully understand the connection between the individual and their overall life goals, identify their strengths, and help them build a life and a career that enhances their yet untapped potential, so they can achieve not only professional success, but also personal happiness.
Tori’s experience is not only limited to the corporate world, but she also additionally worked for over 15 years as a K-12 STEM Administrator, Educator & Higher Ed. She has built curriculums and career path plans for all ages across various regions and industries. She currently serves in an additional role. She is Director of Member Relations for the Benjamin Banneker Association and GIRLSwSTEAM, both a STEM Organization and a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant Leader at Think HR.
In addition, Tori released her first Podcast in the fall of 2023 called “Resumes, Relationships, and Reality”. The podcast provides invaluable insights into her journey in a cross-intersection between professional and personal relationships, facing the realities of the modern workforce and her personal healing journey in love and loss She has been writing, editing, and contributing to scholarly and journal articles for 15+ years, and she is also an author. She published first Career eBook in 2022 and is currently working on several projects to release in 2024 supporting mental health, academics and athletics; along with some non-fiction work When not busy working, you’ll often find Tori enjoying college or pro football, spending time with her son, reading, enjoying self-care moments, traveling, and cooking.
