About Us

Raised in Memphis and based in Dallas, Tori Lenton is a business strategist, publicist, and advisor operating at the intersection of strategy, visibility, and long-term value.

With academic training in Criminology, Legal & Sociological Studies, and advanced degrees in Marketing, Human Resources, and Adult Education, Tori brings a multidisciplinary lens to decision-making, talent positioning, and brand strategy. Her work is informed by more than two decades of experience advising professionals across business, media, education, and athletics.

Her career includes leadership and advisory roles with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, including Meta, where she partnered with global teams to support executive leadership and high-impact talent. That experience sharpened her expertise in talent strategy, governance, and the evolving role of digital presence in career and business growth.

Today, Tori works with founders, executives, creatives, and athletes navigating visibility, leverage, and opportunity. She serves as an Executive Business Coach with Women’s Diversity Network, a NIL consultant to athletes, a SAG-AFTRA publicist, and a Global Leadership Talent Partner. Her work is supported by legal counsel and contract review resources, ensuring strategic alignment, compliance, and risk awareness across engagements.

In parallel, Tori is pursuing continued studies in sports ethics and law as part of her preparation for potential law school, deepening her focus on governance, representation, and athlete advocacy.

Outside of advisory work, she is also a writer. Tori published her first career-focused eBook in 2022 and is currently developing her debut fiction novel series.
