Proudly raised in Memphis, TN and currently residing in Dallas, TX, Tori Lenton is a certified and highly seasoned Executive Business, Life, and Career Coach. Her B.A. in Criminology & Sociology, as well as her MBA in Marketing & HR Management paints a picture of her deep understanding of people, markets, and society itself. She also holds a M.A. in Adult Education Training & Leadership, which over the years led her in establishing relationships with fortune 100 and 500 companies, giving her a first- hand experience on fully understanding the real-life challenges that individuals face daily, to help them make better life decisions. 

Having built a solid reputation of her own through over 20 years of passionately helping her clients thrive in fields like leadership and business, she has developed a unique and tailored approach, where she creates a comfortable environment of honest and unfiltered communication, to fully understand the connection between the individual and their overall life and business goals. Tori helps them identify their strengths and help them build a life that enhances their yet untapped potential, so they can achieve not only professional success, but also personal happiness. 

But her experience is not only limited to the corporate world, but she also additionally worked for over 15 years in Education and the Business Entertainment & Film Industry as a Publicist.  She currently serves in various roles. She is an Executive Business Coach for Women's Diversity Network leading and facilitating Business and Tech partnerships,  SAG-AFTRA Publicist for SAG-AFTRA Actors & a Global Leadership Talent Partner with Meta finding top diverse Software Engineer Leaders. 

In addition, Tori has a way with words. She has been writing and editing for 20+ years, and she is also an author. She published first Career eBook in 2022 and is currently working on her debut novel published. When not busy working, you’ll often find Tori enjoying the company of friends and family, reading, enjoying self-care moments, traveling, college football and spending some time with her son.
